What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard, as well as iDEAL/Bancontact, Apple Pay, and more.

My order has the status "in progress". What does this mean?

"In progress" simply means that we have received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and the status of your order will change to "Completed."

How do I return a product?

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. You, as the customer, are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend sending returns with a track & trace code. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Please note – underwear, swimwear, and beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Why can't underwear, masks, hygiene, and beauty products be returned?

Underwear, masks, and beauty products are considered hygiene products. We take hygiene and safety seriously and do not accept returns of these items to ensure everyone’s safety. We are not alone in this – many other providers of these products have the same policy for the same reasons.

Do you refund return shipping costs?

No, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend sending the package with track & trace, as we are not liable for lost return shipments.

What should I do if I received a wrong, defective, damaged, or missing product?

If you received a wrong, defective, damaged, or missing product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and include a photo that clearly shows the issue. We will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.

How long does the return process take, and when will I get my money back?

Returns may take up to 5 business days to process from the moment we receive the package. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

All refunds will be made to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card or debit card, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received or the cancellation is processed.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. The average delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Will my order be shipped in one package?

For logistical reasons, products may sometimes be shipped in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving your order. If you have any questions, you can contact us at info@isabelle-designs.com.

I need to change something in my order. How can I do that?

If you wish to change the size or color of your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot make changes after 24 hours or once your order has been processed.
